We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all hosting services. If you are not satisfied with the service during the first 7 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

    • The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase.
    • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of hosting services. Renewal orders or any subsequent purchases are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are not applicable for any additional services such as domain registration, SSL certificates, add-ons, or any other non-hosting services.
  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Domain names, once registered, are non-refundable due to their nature and ICANN regulations.
    • Any services that have been terminated due to violations of our terms of service or acceptable use policy are ineligible for refunds.
    • Payments made via bank transfer, wire transfer, and similar methods are non-refundable due to third-party transaction fees.
  • Refund Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at support@waamhost.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the request has been reviewed and approved.
  • Partial Refunds:

    • If you cancel your service after 7 days but before the end of your billing cycle, you will not be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the service.
    • Refunds for specific services or products may be provided at our discretion.
  • Exclusions:
